Orders and shipping
We always try to process the order within 24 hours of confirmation. Once it is marked as ready, you will receive an email with the information and status of your package.
We prepare all orders by hand, one by one, in our store, with special care and attention to detail , so the shipping period may be extended by a maximum of 5 days. For any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
DURING BLACK FRIDAY, JANUARY SALES, SPECIAL PROMOTIONS, PRODUCT OUTAGES, OR DISCOUNT CODE CAMPAIGNS, orders may take between 10 and 12 BUSINESS days to leave our warehouse.
